The Lord called Amy to yet another adventure with Him in founding Rooted Ministries. She brings years of various ministry experience, a passion for discipleship and leadership training for students, a heart for teachers, and a love for the Jewish people and Israel to RM.
Ally Massey

A passionate teacher and avid student of the Word of God, Ally brings depth and a solid Biblical foundation to the leadership of Rooted. From the beginning, she has helped shape RM with her gift of discernment, and she continues to help keep it in line with God’s specific calling.
Cody Beyers

Being a high school teacher, Cody is an awesome missionary to students and teachers. He has a huge heart for them to know and love Jesus with all they are. Besides bringing lots of energy to the group, Cody offers vital insight into the hearts and minds of high school students today.
Katy Waterman

Business savvy and laughs are Katy’s specialty. She also kindles RM’s love and passion for Israel and the Jewish people. Since the start of Rooted, her gifts of timely wisdom, intentionality, and being a people magnet have blessed RM students and everyone who comes in contact with her.
Becky Blaine

You can always depend on Becky to be contagious about her love for God's Word and her passion to see students learn how to authentically live out God's ways. Besides her awesome spiritual impact on RM students, she shepherds high schoolers as an English teacher every school day.
