RM exists to equip and empower the people of God to live lives rooted in the things of the LORD through intense discipleship programs and experiences, such as Flight Training, Rooted Sophs, Retreats/Conferences, Pilgrimages, Jewish Roots Experiences, and Leadership Training. We help followers of Jesus to deepen the roots of their faith through experiencing Biblical community, practicing spiritual disciplines, learning about our Jewish heritage, and learning to be more effective Spirit-led leaders for God’s Kingdom.
